Longarm Quilting Services

Let’s bring your quilt to life!

I’ve been sewing and quilting for 30 years. I’m a crafter all around but quilts have a special place in my heart. I love longarming because there is nothing as exciting as seeing a design come together (especially when I’m custom quilting)! Every quilt is a joy for me.

Which Machine Do I Use?

I use the Bernina Q24 designed for professional quilters, and using the larger Bernina Pro frame. The large frame allows me to take oversized quilts.

What am I picky about?

Quality! I take the time to make sure everything is square before I begin. I also take stitch length and tension very seriously for the loveliest outcomes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does longarm quilting cost?2026-07-30T14:02:31-05:00

My minimum quilting fee is $50.00. For edge-to-edge quilting, I charge $0.025 to $0.035 per square inch, depending on the design and quilting density.

For custom quilting, I charge $0.04 to $0.25 per square inch, depending on the design.

Do you provide batting?2026-07-30T14:02:30-05:00

I can provide batting at a reduced cost because I buy it in bulk.

Do you offer binding services?2026-07-30T14:02:30-05:00

Yes, I charge $0.35 per linear inch for binding.

Can I mail my quilt to you?2026-07-30T14:02:30-05:00

Yes. I ship quilts regularly, and you can contact me for more information.

What’s the turnaround time?2026-07-30T14:02:30-05:00

My turnaround time is typically 2 weeks to 1 month, but if I have several quilts ahead of yours, it might take a little longer. I usually give each customer a turnaround time based on when I receive the quilt and what I have coming before it.

What size quilts can you handle?2026-07-30T14:02:30-05:00

I can do up to 112 inches wide, and there’s no limit on length, as we can make you an oversized king quilt. This is one of the things that sets me apart, as many longarm quilters don’t have a frame as big as mine.

How do I prepare my quilt?2026-07-30T14:02:30-05:00

First, press the quilt well and trim off all threads. Then, square it up (i.e, make the length and width the same all around the quilt). Lastly, cut or piece the backing, so it is large enough to be four inches larger than the top on all sides. The backing also must be squared up.
